Katie Goodling, founder of the Center for Mindful Art & Writing, is an award-winning teacher whose personal journey through illness and loss fueled her passion for therapeutic creativity.

After leaving a high-pressure marketing career due to health challenges, Katie found solace and strength at her art table.

Her transformative experience with mindful art and writing now drives her to share these powerful tools with others facing similar struggles, helping them find healing and joy through creativity.

Katie lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Kevin and beloved senior rescue dog, Mozzie. She loves painting, writing, reading, traveling, music, and theatre.
