What types of folks are in these classes? Will I fit in?

Do I need to have painting and writing experience? What about fancy supplies?

No way! Everyone is welcome in our workshops. Supply lists are recommendations and you can improvise with what you’ve got.

How do I log in to my workshops and other content?

Head over to learn.paintwriteheal.com/login to log in and view your personal workshop library.

How do I reset my password?

Head over to learn.paintwriteheal.com/login and request a password reset.

How do I update my billing information or subscription status?

Everything at the Center of Mindful Art & Writing is self-service for your convenience. For Center for Mindful Art & Writing Purchases (including The Artist’s Way), You can make any updates you need by logging in here. When at the library page, click your profile in the top right and update through “Account Settings.” This is the fastest way to make updates and is also shared throughout your onboarding experiences and Getting Started Modules. If you’re a member of the Peaceful Painting Club, follow the same instructions above by logging in here.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

Due to the instant nature of our content and classes, refunds are only offered within the first 48 hours of purchase and only if you haven’t logged in and accessed the content. Please review the refund policy here for more information.

What technology do I need to access workshops?

We use Kajabi to power our workshop library and Zoom and/or WebEx to power our live classes. These can be accessed on any device via the web and apps. We recommend familiarizing yourself with these tools prior to accessing content or attending a class to ensure your system is set up. If you have issues, you can find lots of tips, tricks, and tutorials in the help sections on the tools’ websites.

Do you offer opportunities for guest workshop hosts?

Yes. Please reach out to hi at paintwriteheal dot com with the following information: class idea, proposed day/time, proposed hourly rate, a testimonial/reference, and an example of you teaching (videos on a social media account are great examples).

Are these workshops medical advice or therapy?

No, our workshops are not medical advice or art therapy. By joining our workshops, you agree to this. We recommend having a therapist if it’s accessible to you. Our Center does not provide medical advice but rather mindfulness and creative living education and community experiences.
